3 Easy Immune Booster Drinks

With rapidly uprising covid-19 cases in India it has become very essential to boost up our immunity, in order to fight with infections & achieve quick recovery in case of any health uncertainty. In this blog post I’m going to be sharing three tried and tested, easy to make drinks that will help you strengthen your health game.



1/2 TSP Turmeric

1 TSP Crushed Ginger

1 TSP Crushed Black Pepper

1 TSP Cinamon Powder

1 TSP Jaggery Powder

1/2 TSP lemon

Recipe :

Add 2 cups of water & let it boil for 2 mins. Now, Mix all the ingredients I.e., Turmeric, Crushed Ginger, Crushed black Pepper, Crushed Cinamon powder, Jaggery powder. Let it boil for 5-6 mins and turn off the flame. With the help of strainer, stain the tea and add 1/2 lemon juice to it. Voila! You tea is ready.

Please have in moderation.


Recipe :

Add 1/4 TSP of Turmeric and black pepper in boiled milk, strain it. Yes, it’s that simple.

1 cup Coriander leaves

1 cup Cucumber

1 cup Mint leaves

2 tsp Lemon juice

Pinch of Black salt

Method: Put all the ingredients in a blender, add one cup of water and blend it. Consume fresh.
